Alter Home Group began in Fort Myers in 2004, when we built exterior packages for Lee Corp Homes. Those early home construction projects gave us valuable experience with Southwest Florida's climate, building codes, materials, and construction demands. We learned what it takes to build and protect homes in a region affected by heat, humidity, heavy rain, coastal conditions, and hurricanes.
In 2015, we rebranded and expanded our services to support homeowners, developers, investors, business owners, realtors, and property managers throughout Southwest Florida. Today, we provide custom residential and commercial construction, complete remodeling, structural concrete, wood framing, flooring, siding, stucco, and hurricane restoration services.
Our team has completed more than 300 home construction projects in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva, and nearby communities.
